Cubans Gang
The Cubans, also known as Los Cabrones, are a Cuban street gang in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City and Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories. In both games they are led by Umberto Robina and are based in the Little Havana district of Vice City. Cubans are considered the prominent gang in the southern end of the mainland, considering that they defeated the Cholos and most likely the Haitians

Cuban Hermes
The Cuban Hermes is a gang adaptation of the Hermes, appearing in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City and Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories. The Cuban Hermes is, as the name suggests, a modifiedHermes which serves as the gang car for the Cubans/Los Cabrones. As such, the car is commonly seen in the Cuban gang's territory in Little Havana, Vice City.

The Jetmax (also known as the Cuban Jetmax in GTA Vice City) is a go-fast boat available in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City, Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories, Grand Theft Auto IV and Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars.
The Jetmax is one of the fastest boats in GTA Vice City, GTA San Andreas, and GTA IV, but in GTA Vice City Stories, the Jetski beats its speed. The Jetmax is referred to as the "Cuban Jetmax" in GTA Vice City, affiliating the boat with the Cuban gang and occasionally appearing in a number of missions where Cuban gang members are present. In addition, the Jetmax is designed in GTA Vice City to appear in only a red and yellow paintjob, but assumes a wider range of colors in games after. The Jetmax in general is distinguishable by its large back-mounted supercharged engine, connecting dual exhaust pipes and jet-only propulsion; these features were removed in the GTA IV rendition of the boat. The GTA San Andreas rendition of the Jetmax is also given a "Jetmax II" designation at the back of its hull, similar to has been done with the Squalo.

In Grand Theft Auto: Vice City in 1986, Little Havana is the war zone for the Haitians andCubans. The Cubans are trying to defend their territory from the Haitians. Both gangs vie for total control of the run-down area. Tommy Vercetti, head of the Vercetti Gang, was recruited by the Cubans to help in their turf war, but also worked for the Haitians. He later proved to be a tremendous ally by helping the Cubans destroy the Haitians' drug factory.
